Become a Partner School

BAUDL is currently working in 11 middle and high schools across four districts. If your school is in the Bay Area and serves more than 60% of students free/reduced lunch, we invite you to submit an application for BAUDL's high school or middle school program.

BAUDL works closely with volunteers as debate coaches, debate judges, student mentors, and guest speakers. For questions or inquiries, reach out to BAUDL's Executive Director at [email protected].

REACH OUT TO VOLUNTEER

Judging

We are always in need of additional judges, our tournaments can't run without you! No prior experience is needed.

Coaching

We connect interested volunteers to schools in our league so they can attend practice and provide additional support and coaching. Volunteer coaches make a huge difference to the teams they are working with!

Mentorship

Having a great mentor can be life changing for BAUDL students! We'd love to match you with one of our urban debaters to offer professional and life advice.
